So, what does it take to be a part of the team?

Celebration Choir
This team of worshippers helps to lead worship in Sunday morning services and sings special selections several times each month. Requirements include the desire to lead others in worship, to faithfully attend rehearsals (Wednesdays from 7-9 p.m.) and to sing at all three services at the Old Stage Campus on Sunday mornings. A short audition/interview with Pastor Ron and/or Peggy Town (choir director) is required. The choir serves from September through April. Worship Team
These teams lead the congregation in worship in all services each Sunday. Worship team members are selected from the choir by Pastor Ron as the need arises. Requirements include a strong stage presence, a visible passion for worshipping God, and the ability to carry your part with confidence, along with an interview and audition with Pastor Ron. Rehearsals are each Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. plus one additional evening per month. Multiple ensembles serve on a rotating basis.

Band
The band consists of the rhythm section (keyboards, bass, drums, guitar) plus brass (trumpets, trombone and saxes). The band accompanies the choir and worship team ensembles in Sunday services. Requirements include a heart for worship, ability to read music (preferable), prior experience playing in an ensemble or band, and weekly rehearsals (Wednesdays from 7-9 p.m.) Please see Pastor Ron for more info.

Dance Team
The dance team meets regularly during the fall to prepare for Christmas Spectacular and as needed to prepare for Easter or other special events. Participation requires an interview/audition along with a heart that loves to worship.

Christmas Spectacular
This year, 2012, after taking a year off, we are greatly anticipating a fantastic show. Dates are Dec. 7, 8 & 9. This year's show will will feature guest singer Leonard Tucker from San Diego.

Tech Crew
Sound Technician
Operate the sound system for the services at either campus. Serve on a rotating basis for Sunday services. Attend worship team rehearsal on Wednesday nights from 7 - 9 pm. Opportunities also exist to run sound for meetings, weddings, and other special events.

Lighting/Projection Technician
Operate the lighting system and projection systems for either campus. Serve on a rotating basis for Sunday services. Attend worship team rehearsal on Wednesday nights from 7 - 9 pm. Opportunities also exist to run sound for meetings, weddings, and other special events.

Recording Technician
Record the services for duplication purposes, preparing master tapes and CD's. Serve on a rotating basis for Sunday services.

Service tape/CD duplication tech
Operate the tape and CD duplicators on Sunday morning at the Old Stage campus. Serve on a rotating basis for Sunday services.
