For more than three decades, FamilyLife has hosted live, hotel-based weekend marriage conferences known as the Weekend to Remember® marriage getaway, attended by more than 2.5 million people worldwide. Now FamilyLife brings you The Art of Marriage, an all-new video-based marriage event created to help couples fully experience God’s plan for marriage.

FamilyLife® is a donor-supported nonprofit organization in Little Rock, AR., and was cofounded in 1976 by Dennis and Barbara Rainey. FamilyLife’s mission is to promote Godly marriages and families through their Weekend to Remember® marriage getaway, FamilyLife Today® radio broadcast, HomeBuilders small-group studies, LifeReady™ resources, and much more. FamilyLife works in more than one hundred countries and utilizes a volunteer network of more than ten thousand couples that is today changing the world one home at a time.

This new resource will help couples build the God-honoring marriages that they desire. It also brings a fresh approach to a video event by weaving together a variety of elements that help the principles come to life:

• engaging stories
• real-life testimonies
• man-on-the-street interviews
• humorous vignettes

The Art of Marriage consists of six video sessions and an accompanying manual that provides couples with projects to help apply the principles taught during each session. The manual is also designed for couples to use after the event by offering articles, date night ideas, and useful tips for continuing to strengthen their marriage.
