Description: This in-depth study is a powerful resource that will equip believers to come to know the freedom of a life filled with peace, joy, gentleness, and other positive characteristics (Gal 5:22 -23). By encouraging participants to develop and maintain an intimate relationship with the Spirit of God, this study will help them to nurture and cultivate the fruit of the Spirit in their daily lives.

An inductive Bible study of Paul's letter to the Galatians. You will be encouraged and challenged, as you join other women in discovering God's truths, using a discussion format. We will tackle such questions as:The Law vs. Faith, Freedom in Christ and Life by the Spirit. Newcomers are always welcome to join.
Books are $6 and payments are to be made at the signup table.

Running Nowhere in Every Direction

Description: We are organized to support missionaries and worldwide ministries through special projects, finances and prayer.
MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers)

Meets weekly from Sept through May with three groups to choose from: Tuesdays: 8:45-11:00 AM; Tuesday s: 6:45-9:00 PM and Wednesdays: 8:45-11:00 AM at Essex Alliance Church in the Fellowship Hall
Description: MOPS provides an open, caring and accepting atmosphere where women of pre-school aged children can connect with like moms to learn, share in the joys and challenges of being a mom, and experience God's love through relationships.While our children are cared for in the MOPPETS program, we moms enjoy a time of welcome & refreshments, are inspired by a guest speaker (topics typically relate to parenting), share a time of small group discussion and a creative activity.
Cost: $20.00 registration fee to join MOPS and dues of $6.00 per meeting to cover the cost of materials, craft & the MOPPETS program. Your first meeting is free.
