essex alliance church is a multi-staffed, growing church currently with 1700+ sunday morning worshippers outside burlington, the largest city in vermont. we are a contemporary church seeking a middle school pastor with gifts and skills in the areas of leadership, communication, and administration to lead and grow an existing middle school ministry of 150 students.
to lead this large outreach-oriented and relationship-based ministry, the applicant must be highly-charged and self-motivated. he or she must love middle school students and demonstrate a past interest, experience, and motivation working with 6th-8th graders. he or she must enjoy working in a dynamic team-environment and will report to and work with the pastor of student ministries.
